Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only. The warranty period may vary depending on the product category, brand, model, and official supplier or manufacturer terms in Egypt.
Products covered by warranty will be handled according to the official warranty process of the manufacturer, authorized service center, or approved local distributor.
iPhone Warranty
iPhone devices sold by iTech may include official warranty coverage in Egypt, subject to the device type, source, serial number, activation status, and applicable local regulations.
Warranty service eligibility is determined by the authorized service center or official warranty provider after checking the product condition and warranty status.
Other Apple Products
Warranty coverage for Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, accessories, and other Apple products may vary depending on the product category and official warranty terms available in Egypt.
Some products may carry different warranty periods or service conditions based on the manufacturer, supplier, or authorized service provider policy.
Manufacturing Defects
If a product shows a suspected manufacturing defect, it may need to be inspected by iTech, the official warranty provider, or an authorized service center in Egypt.
Based on the inspection result, the product may be repaired, replaced, or handled according to the approved warranty procedure and applicable consumer protection rules.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, accidents, liquid exposure, physical damage, improper use, electrical damage, unauthorized repair, or unauthorized modification.
Warranty may also be refused if the product serial number is removed, altered, damaged, unreadable, or if the product has been opened or repaired outside authorized service channels.
Accessories & Consumables
Warranty coverage for accessories, cables, adapters, batteries, cases, screen protectors, and consumable items may differ from main devices.

Proof of Purchase
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide the original invoice, order confirmation, or valid proof of purchase from iTech.
